Apple Crumble Slice with Cashew Crème Filling

Line a slice tin with baking paper.

Add the crumble layer ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until the mixture starts to come together.

Press half the mixture into the bottom of the slice tin to create the bottom layer.

Add all cashew crème ingredients to a food processor or blender, and blend until silky smooth.

Pour over the base and smooth out evenly.

Finish by sprinkling the remaining crumble mixture over the top, and gently pressing into the filling.

Pop in the freezer to set for at least a few hours, then slice into pieces.

Store in the freezer, and pull out as desired.
