    Whip the cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.

    Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.

    If melting the chocolate in the microwave, add 1 tsp of coconut oil to it for smoother texture and a hint of coconut flavor.

    Combine the melted chocolate with the whipped cream.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and enjoy!
