Add olive oil to pan over medium high heat, and add your ground beef. Season with seasonings listed.

Break up meat and stir until browned and cooked through. Drain the meat and set aside.

Add chopped onion and peppers to pan as well as garlic. Cook until softened.

Add the ground beef back into the pan.

Add in the tomato paste and stir until combined.

Then add in the ketchup, water, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until combined.

Then cover with a lid and simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
