White chocolate layer

Cookie dough layer

Directions

    Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the cookie dough.

    Spread dough into a thin layer in the pan.

    Freeze for 30 minutes.

    Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil.

  6. 6

    Pour over the cookie dough layer and spread evenly.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with crushed candy cane.

  8. 8

    Freeze for at least 20 more minutes and cut into bars!
