    In a small bowl combine the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms.

    Roll into about 6 balls and set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

    Melt the dark chocolate.

    Coat each ball in chocolate and top with a sprinkle of flakey salt.

    Set in the freezer for another 5 minutes.

    Enjoy and store extra in the freezer!!
