White Chocolate Granola Butter Cups

Vegan and gluten-free treats for St. Patrick's Day

    Line a mini cupcake tin with liners.

    Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl.

  3. 3

    Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each cup and set in the freezer for 5 minutes.

    Add about a tsp sized scoop of granola butter to each cup.

  5. 5

    Top with another layer of white chocolate.

  6. 6

    Add some cute sprinkles and flakey salt if you want!!

    Freeze for at least an hour before eating and enjoy!
