when i tell u i RAN to the kitchen to recreate this after seeing it on my tiktok 💨 obvs I veganised it and im acc still shocked at how good this turned out; totally moreish, sweet and salty and the texture contrast just works SO well

    First make the cookie dough: whisk the butter, nut butter, vanilla, sugars and milk until smooth

    Then mix in the dry: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch

    Fold in the chocolate chips, cover, and refrigerate

  4. 4

    For the focaccia: combine all ingredients in a large bowl. do a set of stretch and fold. set aside 30mins

    Uncover and do a set of coil folds. set aside 30mins

  6. 6

    Do one more set of coil folds and refrigerate overnight OR room temp for 4-6hours until puffed up, air bubbles appear/almost double in size

    Tip onto a well oiled rectangular baking dish, then add half of the cookie dough to the inside, fold over the ends like a book and then let rest for a further 30mins

    Lastly preheat your oven to 220c. brush the dough with 2 tbsp extra melted butter, top with the remaining cookie dough and dimple gently with fingertips

    Bake for 20-24mins until golden

    Let cool briefly, sprinkle optionally with seasalt and ENJOY
