Crispy Tofu Sandwich
I can GUARANTEE if you don’t like tofu, this recipe will convert you. The golden crispy tofu, teamed with creamy tzatziki is a match made in HEAVEN!

Slice your tofu (1 inch thickness)

Put the beaten egg in one bowl and the panko breadcrumbs in another bowl. Season panko breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.

Dip the tofu in the egg first, and then the panko breadcrumbs. Repeat with each tofu slice

Heat some oil in a pan over medium to high heat. Place tofu and cook on each side for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.

Whilst your tofu is cooking, make the tzatziki by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.

Spread tzatziki on your choice of bread. Add your salad and tofu!
