Soft, fluffy and packed full of protein, these bagels are simply incredible. I promise you, once you’ve made them, you’ll NEVER EVER buy store bought bagels again!

    Preheat oven to 180c

    In a bowl mix together flour and cottage cheese until combined. If too dry, slowly add some warm water.

    Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.

    Roll into a ball and cut into quarters.

  5. 5

    Roll each quarter into a ball and then make a hole in the middle, gently pull apart to make a bagel shape.

    Place them on a prepared baking tray, and brush each bagel with some egg wash. Top with seeds (optional)

    Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden brown
