Banana Bread Bagels
I have NO words. Apart from, you will never ever buy store bought bagels again!

Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix together flour, mashed banana, cottage cheese, chocolate chips and cinnamon until combined. If too dry, slowly add some warm water. If too wet, slowly add more flour.

Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.

Roll into a ball and cut into quarters.

Roll each quarter into a ball and then make a hole in the middle, gently pull apart to make a bagel shape.

Place them on a prepared baking tray, and brush each bagel with some egg wash.

Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden brown
