These cinnamon swirl bars are a perfect on the go snack or your school lunchbox: Nut free, Vegan, Healthy, SO easy,One dish

    Preheat your oven to 180c.

    Grease or line your baking dish.

    To the baking dish add your oats, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, mashed banana and milk. Mix well and spread evenly.

    In a small bowl mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients until smooth.

    Swirl the cinnamon mixture over the batter.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    For the icing, mix together all the ingredients. Spread over the baked oats once they are cooled (optional step)
