Tunacado Sandwich
A dietitian's 5-minute healthy & high protein lunch!

Open the canned tuna & add to a bowl (don’t drain off the olive oil). Mash together with 1/2 an avocado.

Cut the tomato into 1 inch thick slices.

Cut open the ciabatta roll and spread 1-2 tbsp of the pesto on each side of the roll.

Place the tomato slices on one side of the roll and the tuna/avocado mixture on the other side.

Close the the sandwich, cut in half, and enjoy!
