I made homemade pomegranate juice and combined it a 20-day fermented kombucha. It had the perfect flavor balance of sweet and acidic! It’s Autumn in a bottle.

    Using a 34 oz bottle with stopper, fill bottle about 2/3 full (about 23 oz).

    Fill rest of bottle with pomegranate juice. Close bottle, securing lid.

    Leave at room temperature for 48 hrs. When opening, be careful as it will pop.

    Enjoy as you like. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
