    Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, then add in the Flour, combine well then add just enough water to make a thin batter. Leave to marinade for at least an hour.

    Fry in oil set to around 160c for 5 minutes or the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 75°. Drain onto kitchen paper then serve with some fresh Chili and coriander and a drizzle of mint yoghurt.
