Finely chop onion and peppers.

Heat pan to medium heat, sauté onion and peppers.

Grate garlic into pan (or finely chop and add).

Season to taste.

Add paprika, cumin and chili flakes.

Remove from pan once softened and add chicken mince.

Cook chicken mince until browned, then stir in vegetables.
