Thin Wheat Crackers
Making homemade crackers is so much easier than you think, and they’re so much better than store bought!

Add the flour, salt, brown sugar and paprika to a food processor and pulse to combine.

Add the butter and pulse until incorporated.

Add the water and pulse just until the dough sticks together between your fingers.

Shape into a rectangle, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest at room temp for 1-2 hours.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Flour a surface and roll the dough into a very thin rectangle, about 1/8” thick.

Cut into 1 1/2” squares, then dock with a fork.

Transfer to sheet pan and sprinkle with salt.

Bake for 10-11 minutes, until the crackers start to brown slightly around the edges.

Let cool completely before enjoying.
