Pumpkin Spice Eggnog Cinnamon Rolls

Add eggnog, sugar and butter to a small pot over medium-low heat and heat just until butter is melted. Let cool to 110˚F.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together flour, pumpkin spice and salt. Add in pumpkin puree, yeast, egg and eggnog mixture. Mix on low until the dough just starts to come together, then (using the dough hook) increase speed to medium and beat for 5 minutes, until the dough forms a smooth bowl.

Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise somewhere warm until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Roll out on a lightly floured surface, shaping it into a ~12x16” rectangle.
