Smoked Salmon and Egg Sandwich
A fresh take on a classic bagel favorite, served on toast. Made with creamy garlic cream cheese, smoked salmon, a fried egg, avocado, and crisp veggies.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread: In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, pressed garlic, fresh dill, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Toast and Butter: Lightly spread butter on outer sides of bread and toast the slices of bread to your desired crispness.

Assemble the Sandwich: Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on the inside of both slices of toast. Add capers, sliced cucumber, and smoked salmon on one slice. Add the fried egg and fresh dill on top of the salmon. Layer the red onion, avocado, and tomato.

Finish: Place the other slice of toast on top, slice the sandwich in half, and enjoy!
