Raspberry Cream Cheese Pastries

These flaky, delicious raspberry cream cheese pastries are perfect for any occasion and super easy to make! A hit at every gathering.

Directions

    Thaw puff pastry for about 20 minutes. Cut into desired sizes.

    Bake at 400°F for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

    Using a hand mixer, mix softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add condensed milk and Cool Whip, mix until incorporated, then chill for 20 minutes.

    Cut cooled pastries horizontally. Pipe cream cheese filling inside, add a raspberry or two (depending on the size of pastry), and sandwich the top.

    Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with more cream, and a raspberry on top.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Store leftover cream in the refrigerator.
