Cook quick oats per instructions using milk or water or do both. To flavor the oats add a little better than bouillon chicken base and onion salt (or favorite seasoning salt). Set aside.

Fry a couple of eggs, season with favorite seasoning.

To a bowl add the oats, top with the eggs, add favorite vegetables like chopped cucumbers, and tomatoes, drizzle with chili oil, and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
