Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

These are the most crispy baked chicken wings that you’ll have. So delicious and perfectly seasoned, just toss with your favourite sauce or serve the sauce on the side. Either way, you will love this recipe!

    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet and set it aside.

    Wash and pat dry the flats and drumettes with paper towels. Make sure the wings are completely dry before seasoning.

    To a bowl, add the wings and toss them with oil. Season with Johnny’s seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. The baking powder will help add extra crispiness.

    Toss the wings until evenly coated with the seasoning. Then, add another tablespoon of baking powder and toss again.

    Arrange the chicken wings on the cooling rack, skin-side down, leaving a small gap between each piece.

    Bake for 25 minutes, then flip the wings over and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden.
