Laab with Tinned Mackerel
A delicious, no-cook meal made with tinned mackerel, fresh herbs, and addicting sauce, served with sticky rice and fresh veggies.

Prepare shallot, cilantro, mint, and scallions. Set aside.

Transfer mackerel into a bowl.

Add in shallots, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, toasted rice powder, chili flakes.
