Flatbread was equal measures of flour and yoghurt with a healthy dollop of za’tar, then kneaded together and fried in a pan with some chili oil.

The ‘pesto’ was really just what herbs I had which was I think basil, parsley and some mint, blended with what seeds I had which was pumpkin and pine nuts and then a lot of oil.
