Heat a pot with neutral oil. Fry each chicken tender about 6 to 7 minutes on low to medium heat. Do not fry on high heat or the outside will be cooked and the inside will be raw. Low to medium heat is the best. Let chicken rest for five minutes before coating in any sauce.

In a separate pan, melt butter turn off the heat and then add in sweet chili sauce, Sriracha soy sauce, all purpose seasoning, and parsley mix. On low heat let the sauce come together for 20 or 30 seconds. The sauce will start to bubble and caramelize.
