    Dice onions and minced garlic.

    Cut chicken breast into pieces.

    Season chicken pieces with all purpose seasoning.

    Cook pasta in salt water until cooked al dente - (1 one minute shy of fully cooked , it will cook longer in the sauce ) .

    Add butter to a pan. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until soft.

    Add chicken and cook 7-8 minutes until tender. Will cook longer in the sauce so don't over cook.

    Season with salt , black pepper, paprika, cayenne, chili flakes, oregano and tomato paste.

    Add 1/2 cup pasta water to mix into a sauce.

    Add the heavy whipping cream.

    Cook the sauce down 4-6 minutes it will change color from white to a deep orange/red. Cook until you get a dark color and the sauce is thick. Don't rush it. You want a nice sauce not a thin watery sauce.

    Taste and adjust the seasonings IF needed.

    Add in the pasta. Let everything cook together for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.

    Garnish with chopped parsley.

    Add pasta water only if sauce is too thick.
