Pat the shrimp dry.

Butterfly the shrimp by cutting a slit down the back.

Add oil and all shrimp seasoning and mix well.

Mince your garlic, slice jalapeño. Cut lemon in half and cut 2nd lemon into slices.

Add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil to a skillet pan and cook and sear the shrimp. One minute on each side total cook time should not increase three minutes. To a bowl.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil add garlic and sauté without burning.

Slowly pour in the broth and mix.

Add in this cooked shrimp add seasonings and mix gently.

Once everything is well, incorporated and sauce is bubbling, garnish with jalapeño slices, parsley and green onions.

Remove from heat and serve as an appetizer or as a dinner over pasta.
