Creamy Cajun Chicken Rigatoni

Butterfly and season chicken.

Chop peppers, onions and mince garlic. Cook your pasta and save some pasta water.

In a pan add 1-2 tablespoons olive oil and cook & sear the chicken on both sides for about 4-5 total cook time. Don't overcook the chicken. Remove from pan.

In same pan add butter , onion , garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes on medium heat.

Add the peppers and cook 1-2 minutes.

Add cajun seasoning, paprika, chicken bouillon, oregano, basil , chili flakes, salt

Add the heavy whipping cream and mix.

Add in mozzarella cheese and let the sauce thicken.

Add in the pasta . Mix adjust your salt and seasoning IF needed. Add a bit of pasta water if sauce gets too thick.
