    Cook your macaroni and salt water cook it one minute short of cook time it will cook longer in the sauce.

    Shred cheddar and mozzarella cheese

    To a large pot add 2 tablespoons of butter.

    Add your diced onions and garlic and sauté for 30 seconds on low medium heat.

    Add your all purpose, flour and cook well stirring constantly.

    Add in your seasonings and your chili oil.

    Immediately after start pouring in your milk slowly and whisking at the same time.

    Adding your cheese while mixing. Let the sauce thicken completely before adding in the pasta so you don't overcook your macaroni.

    Add in your macaroni and stir and let everything come together one to two minutes on low heat.

    Garnish with chili oil , parsley and serve immediately.
