Cut your chicken into pieces and season it.

Chop your onion and mince your garlic, shred your mozzarella cheese.

Cook your pasta in saltwater do not overcook the pasta.

Turn oven on to broil.

Enlarge pan add olive oil and sautéed onion garlic 30 seconds. Adding half the pepperoni and cook for 10 -15 seconds to crisp.

Add in tomato paste cook for 30 seconds and then add in seasoning . Mix well .

Slowly incorporate the broth while mixing add in the heavy whipping cream and half of the mozzarella cheese.

Add in the pasta and mix.

Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

Whirl in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly keep an eye on it so it does not burn. It will cook very quickly.

Serve with a salad and warm garlic bread.
