Slaw

Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

    Add the salmon into a bowl with the teriyaki sauce and combine. Leave to marinate whilst you prep your slaw

    Combine the mango, cabbage, carrot & edamame with olive oil and salt to taste

  3. 3

    Pop the salmon into the oven on 200 degrees for 10 mins

    Meanwhile prep your other toppings. I went with sliced avocado and rice

    Serve up and drizzle over some sriracha mayo (optional)
