    Make up the satay marinade by combining all the marinade ingredients. Add the diced chicken and leave to sit for at least one hour in the fridge.

    Add the chicken onto the skewers, then oven bake at 200°C for 10 mins, before turning, and cooking for a further 5-10 mins or until cooked through.

    Serve up with pickled cucumber ribbons and a home-made spicy egg fried rice!
