Orzo Greek Salad with Roasted Chicken

Very easy, but absolutely delicious

Directions

    Add the chicken breast to a roasting tray, sprinkle on some paprika, salt and pepper, drizzle in oil and then rub all over. Pop in the oven for 20 mins on 200c

    Prep your Greek salad by adding all the salad ingredients to a bowl, plus the feta, olive oil, oregano, generous pinch of salt, pepper and that gorgeous apple cider vinegar

    Boil the orzo for around 6 mins and then drain and run under cold water to cool. Add into the Greek salad and mix

    Remove the chicken from the oven and slice.

    Top the salad with the chicken and enjoy!
