To a blender add milk, protein, chia, spice, pumpkin, and optional honey! Blend until smooth and starts to thicken. Set aside in fridge for a few hours to set longer.

Stew an apple with some maple syrup and cinnamon.

Divide chia up, taste and add honey if needed, add apple on top! This is also super tasty with a layer of greek yogurt! And pecans!
