GARLIC SCAPE BUTTERY CORN
A fun way to make corn other than grilling it!

Add butter to pan, drizzle in a little olive oil as well. Add shallot to pan. Cook until shallots caramelize.

Add in corn.

In a small bowl and garlic powder and a drizzle of olive oil enough to turn it into a runny paste.

Add the bloomed garlic powder to the corn and mixed well. Season with salt and pepper taste and adjust accordingly corn will be done when it turns golden and has a little bit of a crunch left in it.

Serve with some chopped chives!
