Directions

    Add your chicken to a bowl and add all the ingredients above and mix well.

    Cook your chicken on a hot pan for 7-10 minutes, until fully cooked.

    Set the chicken aside.

    Use the same pan to flavour your cooked rice.

    Add red onion, red and green peppers to a hot pan with pan.

  6. 6

    After 5 minutes add your garlic paste and seasonings above before added the cooked rice.

    Mix to the colour of the rice changes.

    Add fresh parsley and that’s you.
