Chicken filet burger with chips and slaw, a healthy and easy meal option.

    Add chicken breast to a bowl with egg whites and soak completely.

    Add crushed corn flakes to a separate bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and smoked paprika.

    Cover the chicken in crushed corn flakes.

    Put the chicken in the oven or air fryer for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

    Cut up 200g of potatoes into chip shapes and add to boiling water for 5 minutes.

    Pat the chips dry and add salt, pepper, and garlic. Spray with Fry Lite.

    Put the chips in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

    Add the slaw mix to a bowl with the above ingredients and mix well.

    Assemble the burger by placing the cooked chicken on a toasted brioche bun with sauce, tomatoes, and gerkins.
