Add oats to a jar or bowl with your milk of choice.

Mix well and put in the microwave for 1 minute.

Mix well again and put it back in for another 30 seconds (if needed).

Mix 1 scoop of protein in a small bowl with a splash of water.

Pour the protein paste into the oats.

Add your peanut butter to the top and enjoy!
