    Start by grabbing your chicken mince and putting it in a bowl.

    Crack an egg in and mix the mince before adding the seasonings above.

    Wet your hands and form the mince into 15-20 even nuggets.

    Add the nuggets to the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.

    While the nuggets are freezing, cut up your potatoes into chips and seasoning with the above seasonings.

    Spray some fry lite on them and add the potatoes to an air fryer or oven for 25-30 minutes.

    Grab two bowls and add flour, baking powder and the seasonings above to it.

    Add egg whites to the second bowl.

    Add the nuggets to the egg whites and coat in the flour mixture.

    Once all the nuggets are coated, spray them with fry lite and add to the oven or air fryer for 25 minutes until golden brown.
