Mash banana in a medium mixing bowl.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix until combined.

Heat a greased frypan over medium heat.

Add the oat mixture to the pan and flatten.

Cook for a few minutes or until the underside is starting to brown, then flip, breaking the mixture into chunks with a spatula.

Cook until the mixture is lightly golden and starting to crisp on the surface.
