Melt chocolate over a double boiler (bowl placed over simmering water)

Add to a mixing bowl with tahini followed by the protein powder. Mix well.

Pour into a small rectangular tin, lined with baking paper.

Refrigerate or pop in freezer until set.

Sprinkle with sea salt (optional).

Store in fridge as it will melt!!
