Big Batch Whipped Feta with Roasted Tomatoes

Whipped Feta

Tomatoes

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking dish with baking paper and then add the tomatoes, olive oil, salt and chilli flakes.

    Toss well and place in oven for around 20-25 mins or until the tomatoes have blistered and burst.

    Meanwhile, place all ingredients for whipped feta into a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Pour into a serving dish.

  5. 5

    Spoon hot tomatoes and pan juices over the fetta.

  6. 6

    Top with chives and oregano.

  7. 7

    Serve with sourdough or crackers.
