Tuna and Avocado

Lettuce and Jalapeño

Directions

    Preheat oven to 190C.

    Place rice on baking paper.

    Stir in remaining crispy rice ingredients and spread to form a thin layer.

    Bake for 30-40 mins or until golden and crispy.

    Place all spicy sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and sit until smooth.

  6. 6

    Mix in the tuna and avocado until well coated in the sauce.

    Spoon into lettuce cups and top with sliced jalapeño.
