Pringles Rocky Road
the perf combo of salty and sweet (and yes, my rocky road series is officially back)

Add crushed Pringles, chopped shortbread, marshmallows to a large bowl and stir well.

Melt milk chocolate in microwave on high (30 second increments) until melted.

Fold in melted chocolate until marshmallow mixture is well coated.

Pour mixture into a pan (approx 20 x 30cm) lined with baking paper and press with the back of a spoon to level.

Top with M&Ms.

Place in the fridge for a few hours until firm (or freezer for a bit to speed up the process!).
