Fried Truffle Honey Olives on Whipped Feta
Serve with wonton crisps for a super easy but impressive starter.

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and arrange on a tray lined with baking paper.

Lightly spray with oil and bake for ~10 mins or until golden and crisp.

Place all whipped feta ingredients in a food processor.

Process until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Roughly chop olives and place in a bowl alongside other ingredients.

Stir well. Place in a pan over medium heat and cook for a couple of minutes or until heated through.

To plate, pour the whipped feta into a bowl, top with the olives, chives and parsley. Serve with the wonton chips.
