Chicken Dumpling Cups

    Preheat oven to 200C.

    Grease a 12 pan muffin tin with olive oil.

  3. 3

    Place wonton wrappers in the centre of each hole.

  4. 4

    Mix the chicken mince, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, garlic, ginger and chives.

    Scoop the mixture into each wonton cup and slightly press to flatten.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spray with oil.

  7. 7

    Bake for ~15 mins or until golden.

    Stir all dipping sauce ingredients together and set aside.

  9. 9

    Top each dumpling with a drizzle of chilli oil, coriander and serve with the dipping sauce.
