Name: Chicken Salad using Costco Rotisserie Chicken and Croissants
Ingredients: 1 rotisserie chicken (cut up or shredded); 0.5 green apple, diced; 0.5 cup mayonnaise (adjust to preference); 2 stalks green onions; 0.5 tsp garlic salt; 0.5 tsp garlic powder; 0.5 tsp black pepper; 2 tbsp Dijon mustard; 1 tbsp yellow mustard; fresh greens of your choice (I used a spring mix salad)

So good and super easy to throw together.
