Spicy Sausage Feta Pasta

Sausage pasta will always have my heart and this spicy little number is right up there as one of my favorites

Ingredients

Directions

    Remove the sausage meat from the casings and fry off till crispy, add in the garlic and red pepper and continue to cook for two minutes

    Add in the tin of tomatoes, fill the tin with water and add that alongside the olives, Sriracha, sugar and pasta

  3. 3

    Let this bubble away until mostly absorbed, then add in the spinach to wilt

  4. 4

    Top with crumbled feta
