Chicken Gyros Wrap Hack

Good weather calls for chicken gyros and if the weather is bad I’ll be eating one and pretending I’m in sunny Greece!

    Marinade the chicken in paprika, garlic powder, cumin, oregano salt, pepper, lemon juice and 1 tbs yoghurt for an hour or overnight, thread onto skewers and airfry alongside the chips on 180 for 20 minutes, flipping halfway

    Squeeze the water from the cucumber and mix with the remaining yoghurt, dill, mint, garlic powder, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Assemble the wraps by placing 1/2 the tzatziki, tomato slices and onion at the bottom, place the chips and chicken at the top, fold the sides in then flip in half

    You can pop them in a dry frying pan to crisp up if desired
