Njuda Sausage and Mascarpone Pasta

Remove sausage meat from their casings, break up and fry with the Njuda paste till crispy, add the red peppers cook for two minutes, then melt in the mascarpone

Cut up the lasagna sheets into three lengthways and boil gently for four minutes, drain and reserve some of the pasta water and add this to the sausage mixture to loosen

Place the ribbons of pasta on a plate and dot over the creamy sausage mixture
