This mac n cheese has a warming spicy kick from the Njuda and covered in a layer of crispy breadcrumbs - cause double carbs are needed in the colder months!

Boil macaroni in salted water for 5 minutes, drain and reserve a mug full of cooking water

Mix in the cream cheese, 100g mozzarella, 100g cheddar, reserved water and Ve-du-ja, stir till the cheese melts

Mix breadcrumbs with paprika and oil

Top the pasta with leftover cheese and breadcrumbs, bake on 180 till the top is golden
